Ae Dil Hai Mushkil now become first choice for youngster and movie enjoying its release all over the world. Now the worldwide collection are stands at 130 crore and in india movie crossed 65 crore in just 5 days. It was a good day at the box office on Monday. In the morning it was ADHM that started well. The two films weren’t really competing against each other as ADHM was by far the first choice at major cities, while Shivaay was recording very high occupancy at smaller centers. The bigger the centre, the better the occupancy for ADHM, which is a big advantage to have because the average ticket price for ADHM was much higher than Shivaay.
The two Diwali releases this week are both showing decent trends at the box office, even though Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has easily won the clash in the first 5 days. The gap between the two films has now increased to nearly 10 crore, which could be decisive as the Diwali period has come to an end. Well trade analysis reports says ADHM cross 100 crore soon in domestic market. But there are two factors that’s still giving the ‘Shivaay’ camp some hope. One, they believe the film has found acceptance amongst the family audience who they expect will come out in big numbers in the second weekend.

The trend of ADHM suggests that the film should emerge a clean box office ‘hit’ and the Karan Johar camp will certainly be the more ‘relaxed’ one at the moment.
